Return and refund policy

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at looperrysupp@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the item.

  4. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address.

    • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, underwear)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us immediately at looperrysupp@hotmail.com.
